Cleveland Task Force Meets Tonight

The Coalition to Save Cleveland High will have a Volunteer Task Force meeting tonight, Wednesday July 12, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., at the Dutchtown South Community Corporation (DSCC), 4204 Virginia.

We had a very successful meeting this evening, at which team leaders were selected for the various functions (fundraising, communications, administration, planning, etc.). There is a group meeting with the Superintendent tomorrow to chart a course and establish a framework for collaboration with regard to an interim plan for the school and future fundraising efforts.

If the rumor that the board majority this coming Tuesday will fire the Superintendent is true, maybe you should wait until next week. After this Irons episode....

Just what the district needs, more instability so we can never get a tax increase passed.

It is not the Alliance's place to enter the current public debate regarding the personnel of the school district. The Alliance will work with whomever the district appoints to work with our group.
